How to Return an Item

- Ship the Item: After approval, send the item back using a reliable courier service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. We’ll notify you once the return is processed.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may request photos to assess the issue. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
